Pathfinder

The Pathfinder Program (https://www.pathfinder.pk/) is an online career guidance platform being developed by Coaching and Training Pakistan Foundation (CTPF) with the aim of providing structured, accessible, and scalable career counseling services across Pakistan. The primary objective of the platform is to support students in making informed career decisions through scientifically designed assessments, personalized guidance, and a comprehensive career information system. It seeks to bridge the gap between traditional career counseling approaches and modern, technology-driven solutions by enabling users to explore career options aligned with their interests, abilities, and personality traits. Additionally, the platform aims to support parents and educators by providing them with insights and resources to better guide students in their career journeys.

The development timeline of the platform is ongoing, with initial conceptualization, design, and development phases completed during the evaluation period. The platform is expected to be officially launched in December 2026, following completion of testing, refinement, and content development phases.

In line with its mission, Pathfinder.pk will implement a subsidy and access policy to ensure inclusivity. This includes providing free or highly subsidized access to underserved populations, students from low-income backgrounds, and partner institutions where required. The platform is being developed with a strong emphasis on equity, accessibility, and long-term impact in career development across Pakistan.
